Episode 20 ~ Spiritual connections through nature

Can connecting with nature bring spiritual messages? It did for this week’s guest.

Driving through Dublin, New Hampshire, on the way to visit my parents on Sunday, this beautiful sky appeared over Dublin Pond. There was something wondrous about the clouds that made me want to stop to capture the image. In doing so, I felt deeply connected to my own spirituality and energized by the fleeting glimpse of beauty nature was offering me. For in a few short minutes, it was all gone, and a new set of clouds rolled across the sky, reminding me that like the sky, life is ever-changing and being in the present moment is a gift.
